These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 350bd platform ("Platform") and its users ("User"). New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → total ৳47,000

After receiving a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met before it can be withdrawn.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Please keep the following conditions in mind:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met

350bd reserves the right to cancel any attempt to abuse bonuses or collect bonuses through fraudulent means. If a user attempts to collect bonuses using multiple accounts, false information, or any other dishonest method, the relevant account will be cancelled and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the 350bd platform:

• Using any form of cheating, hacking, or software to gain an unfair advantage
• Placing bets using bots or automated programs
• Colluding as a group against other players
• Exploiting technical errors on the Platform
• Harassing or disturbing other users
• Using the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes

350bd's VIP program has three tiers, which users progress through based on their activity:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's regular participation and loyalty to the Platform. VIP benefits and terms are subject to change.

Please keep the following in mind when placing bets in the sports betting section. Market rules may apply differently for each event. If a match is cancelled or suspended for an undetermined reason, bets will be settled in accordance with 350bd's policies. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 350bd reserves the right to void those bets.

350bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Providing false or incomplete registration information
• Evidence of fraudulent activity is found

• Extended period of inactivity
